Denise has over 30 years of experience in the cleaning industry, she obtained her BA from National Louis University and her master’s degree in Business/Human Services Administration from Spertus Jewish College. She leads the Executive Leadership Team in setting the strategy, culture and vision for Diamond 7 Inc. Denise is responsible for the day to day operations of Diamond 7 as a highly specialized company that serves companies that impact various cities world. Denise is also committed to developing Diamond 7’s winning culture as a leading service business throughout the US and in the communities they work. Diamond 7 leads with technology and innovation to its partners that empowers the delivery of exceptional
service. Denise was inspired over 3y years ago to start a job training and cleaning services for formally incarcerated women and young adult girls. Denise’s goal is to transforms life’s and minimize the barriers to gainful employment, by teaching them to become an entrepreneur.
